Kilpark Planning & Design is a residential design driven consultancy business founded in 2010 by Architectural Technologist Tom Byrne. Our designs are inspired by modern styles and functional layouts. Based in north Wexford we provide planning & design as well as surveying services to clients in the south east as well as the east coast.  Our designs are illustrated in 3D via computer generated images so its easier for you to visualize your forever home.

Owner and manager Tom Byrne runs Kilpark Planning & Design from his base on the Wexford, Wicklow border in Askamore. Tom is a Chartered Architectural Technologist as well as a chartered building engineer and a member of the Architectural Technology Register in Ireland (ATR). Tom has qualifications in both Architectural technology graduating with distinction in 2006, and Architectural graphics as well Three-Dimensional Design.
